Pinkerton’s is a new bakery opening in the historic upstate city of Kingston, NY, by James Beard award winning pastry chef Angela Pinkerton. Chef has spent the past twenty-five years driving bakery and fine dining restaurant pastry programs in San Francisco, New York City and the DC area. Our offerings will include nostalgic desserts, morning pastries, and sweet/savory cakes and pies, as well as a small menu of breakfast, and lunch items. Always baking from scratch, and using local seasonal ingredients, there will be something for everyone, as well as including some gluten-free, and vegan options.
